A worthy winner

Hugo Rodrigues, an IT Service Delivery Assistant at our Spade Lane site has won our Colleague of the Quarter award for Q2.
Our Colleague of the Month award recognises our amazing colleagues who demonstrate our values and go above and beyond their day job. Each site of our sites has a monthly winner who is nominated by colleagues.
All Colleague of the Month winners for each quarter are then put forward for our Colleague of the Quarter award, where our Ambassadors then vote to decide who they think the most worthy winner.
Hugo was our winner for Q2 and was described by his colleagues as “always going above and beyond, whilst displaying a fantastic, positive attitude. He always treats people with respect and dignity when assisting with IT issues. He doesn’t just fix the issue, he is supportive and imparts knowledge to allow the colleague to own the issue and hopefully resolve the issue themselves in the future”.
In recognition of his hard work and dedication, Hugo will be receiving an extra £100 added to his next pay. Well done Hugo!
