Colleague of the Year 2020

Eva Kohajda, a Line Leader at our Normanton site has been selected as the winner of our Colleague of the Year award for 2020.
The annual award recognises our amazing colleagues who have demonstrated our values and gone above and beyond their day job.
When faced with a supply gap problem, Eva had a brilliant idea to modify and use an alternative production line, in a different product category, which helped generate additional capacity, and alleviated the predicament.
Her idea not only provided a solution, but it also created a ‘new way of working’ to support the business with future supply challenges.
In recognition of Eva’s duty of care towards the business, she will receive a £500 payment and IPL will donate a further £500 to a charity of Eva’s choice.
