IPL Gender Pay Gap Report 2021

IPL has published its Gender Pay Report for 2021.
In a report published on the Government’s Gender Pay website, IPL has reported that, for the 2021 Gender Pay Gap reporting period:
- The median pay difference between men and women employed by IPL is 5.48%
- The mean pay difference between men and women employed by IPL is 14.61%
75.1% of IPL’s colleagues work in operational roles in our processing sites. In respect of those colleagues, the median gender pay gap is 2.79% and the mean gender pay gap is 1.88%.
