ISO 45001 audit success for Whittlesey

Our Whittlesey site has recently been involved in the ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Audit Programme.

This immersive audit, which lasted five days, looked at how the site complies with the ISO 45001 standards of Occupational Health & Safety, with the Auditor submitting the results to the British Standards Institute for verification.

At the end of the audit, Whittlesey are recommended to be awarded the Certificate of Compliance to ISO 45001, with one minor non-conformance identified.

The Auditor shared the following positive feedback on our Best Practice Observations:

“You have a well-structured Safety Management System and is well managed and maintained.”

“Health and safety risks are well managed.”

“Change management is implemented and maintained very well.”

“Staff awareness of hazards, risks, and reporting is very good.”
