IPL Gender Pay Gap Report 2019

IPL has today published its Gender Pay Report in line with a Government requirement for large companies to do so by 4th April 2020.
In a report published on the Government’s Gender Pay website, IPL has reported that, for the 2019 Gender Pay Gap reporting period:
- The median pay difference between men and women employed by IPL is 6.83% – this is better than the national average of 17.30%
- The mean pay difference between men and women employed by IPL is 15.09% – this is better than the national average of 16.20%
75.50% of IPL’s colleagues work in operational roles in our processing sites. In respect of those colleagues, the median gender pay gap is 5.49% and the mean gender pay gap is 4.09%.
